How do I add media and presentations using the Image/Video/Audio module in my ePortfolio?

NOTE:  If you want to include media created by someone other than yourself, please read the tutorial on Finding Fair Use Images on the Web.  A visually rich ePortfolio can convey meaning that goes beyond what is possible with text. However, as a professional it is also important for you to credit your sources and operate within the bounds of copyright!
