When it comes to being transgender or any gender other than definitively male or definitively female the law becomes a slippery thing, because our body of law is subjective--open to interpretation. I am including in this area legal resources for those who may be curious about the rights transgendered people have, the rights they don't and where the courts stand as the fight for equality advances.
