STARTING THE CIRCULATORY SYSTEM

APRIL 5TH

 

 

 

  • This unit will last approximately 2 - 3 weeks (although we do have a vacation in between)
  • The students will be dissecting beef hearts, administering blood pressure, measure heart rate, pulse rate, and also dissecting the heart of their cat.
  • Students will develop an understanding of blood flow throughout the body and throughout the heart and lungs.
