COMMON ASSESSMENT

 The Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School is committed to establishing common assessment protocols across specific courses.  This years major common assessment for the Anatomy and Physiology Courses was the Lab Practicum.

The Lab Practicum was structured very similar to a college lab practicum.  Which had students move around from station to station identifying certain areas of the cat.  These areas included muscles, bones, joints, and tissues.  In addition the students would answer a series of open ended response questions that would assess the students on the major topics that were covered from September until week of March 22.
