NCMA Boston: 55th Annual March Workshop

The National Contract Management Association, Boston Chapter, presented the 55th Annual March Workshop taking place on Wednesday, March 16th, 2016 at Bentley University in Waltham, MA. This all day workshop offered eighteen (18) classes ranging from basic to advanced topics in a wide variety of areas, such as Strategic and Critical Thinking for Contract Management Professionals, OTAs, Grants and Contracts, and An Overview of the Freedom of Information Act. Their instructors are subject matter experts who volunteer their time and talents to this annual Workshop.

 

This year’s keynote address was delivered by Mr. Christopher Voss, CEO of The Black Swan Group, former Lead International Negotiator for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and author of Never Split the Difference: Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It

The Northeastern University Women's Leadership Conference (NUWLC) is an interdisciplinary conference that aims to provide an opportunity for women to learn from, share with and inspire one another as they explore the opportunities and challenges that women face in today’s working environment. Joined by a group of 15 women who have established themselves as industry leaders, attendees will learn to network effectively, drive organizational change, and contribute more broadly to their firms’ ongoing success. This conference will address the collective experiences of women in the workplace and prepare attendees for the working world by providing insight and tools that enable women to achieve success.
