Welcome to my Portfolio! I'm Jamie Chebuske a third-year health science student at Northeastern University. During the duration of this course, I was able to explore my curiosity regarding Complementary and Alternative medicine(CAM). Through the process of researching CAM, I discovered an increased interest in the medicinal properties of food that I have heard about but never had the opportunity to research. I think that it is important to look at health through a traditional angle, but also from a public health lens as well. The social determinants of health are a vital component in the well-being of individuals.
