Relevant Concepts and Literature

In order for teachers at Kalvirs to prepare students optimally to score well on the GMAT, it is necessary to become familiar with educational neuroscience to ensure that students are angaged, but not overwhelmed.  Moreover, it is necessary to communicate with students' other teachers to delivery the most effective lessons possible by taking into consideration students' overall cognitive load..

This case study focuses on common practices implemented at Kalvirs MBA Consulting that negatively affect student learning.  The research literature that has been used in search of solutions consists of research into cognitive load, standardized teaching, and collaboration among teachers.  The research comes from either material used in my M. Ed. program, Northeastern Unviersity Library's electronic database, or outside sources.
