Throughout this entire program, the course I am most grateful for was the Projects for Professionals Capstone. In my reflection essay below, I connect specific courses and literature that I studied throughout the program that laid a strong foundation for my success in this external consulting process. Most specifically, the Intercultural Communication course, as my project sponsor was a non-native English speaker. Culture (in both the organizational and geographical sense) was another non-corporeal stakeholder in this project, and one I wouldn't have been as confident handling had it not been for the Organizational Culture, Climate, and Communication course.

Through this project, I gained confidence in my own research and presentation skills, and grew a strong client-consultant relationship along the way. I truly believe that my project sponsor is now in a position of success for her future endeavors on this project, and I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to help along the way.
