For this course about communication assessment and reporting, the signature assignments included a recommendation report and dashboard in reponse to the Sears Manager Performance case study. We studied the same case throughout the entire course, which was highly effective in demonstrating a full-cycle analysis, recommendation, and reporting structure to communication. 

Working with excel to analyze data and build the dashboards for this assignment is not something I had previously done at work, so there was a bit of a learning curve there. However, it was very rewarding to be able to apply other communication concepts as recommendations in this report. It was a great opportunity to bundle the knowledge and concepts I'd been learning for the past year and apply them to another case. 

Reflecting on these assignments now, I am impressed at what I accomplished. I'm proud to know that I made those graphs, and turned them into an effective dashboard that makes the report easier to digest. It does not have the same voice as most of my other work. Here, I see myself confident in my assessments and the foundation of communication concepts I was basing them off of.
