Margaret M. Feldman

Hello there! My name is Margaret Montavon Feldman, and I am currently working as a full time performing arts teacher at a New York-based studio. In my current place of employment, I teach classes, direct shows, and conduct workshops within public school curricular and varied school extracurricular settings. Before obtaining this position, I worked first as a musical theater performer before working for the last four years as a K-5 music and drama teacher at an independent school in New York City.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance, and by September 2019, I will have completed my Northeastern University Master's of Education degree program with a concentration in learning and instruction.

I am creative, hardworking, passionate, meticulous, and communicative. In both my classroom and studio environments, I strive to incite curiosity and wonder in my students, to embolden them to reach outside of their comfort zones, and to make them aware of the lasting positive effects that the arts are capable of imparting both on themselves and on their world.

I hope that you will enjoy browsing my ePortfolio. Via the tabs at the top of this page, you can view further information about myself, my work, my professional goals and experiences, my degree specifications, and the best way to contact me.

Please feel free to reach out to me at any time, and thank you for stopping by!

All the best,

Margaret
