Higher Education Administration

I am Nadia Eltelaity, I am enrolled in the Higher Education Administration program, I decided to enroll in this program because I have been working in the field of the Student Affairs for more than eleven years and I need to develop my knowledge and learn the best practices by exploring the current research and science in the field to apply all of the new knowledge to my work to excel and succeed and help students succeed too. 

Education as an advanced field of study is my first course, I admit it is a new method of study for me, I hope to benefit from it.
