Experience and Networks

At Berklee, I have had the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in many different areas through my normal duties, as the marketing manager for Berklee's Community-Building Committee, and by participating in Berklee's in-house leadership develpment program. These relationships and the exposure to other departments has given me a comprehensive understanding of how Berklee works, which has informed how I lead projects and how I can build bridges between departments. 

Along with several colleagues, I have been involved in the Higher Ed Web Association, which hosts annual conferences. In addition to presenting several times, I have learned a great deal from my counterparts at other higher education institutions, whom I've met through this association.
