Energized, Storyteller, Problem Solver
Hello and welcome to my ePortfolio!
My name is Xiaohui Zeng, and I come from Guangdong China. I have spent wonderful two years at Northeastern University to pursue my master degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication. In my graduate study journey, I dedicated myself to a professional marketing specialist and project manager by customizing my concentration and participating in the cooperative education program (Co-op). Therefore, I am thrilled to share the refection of my course work and work experience.
Communication and storytelling always is my passion. I earned my bachelor's degree in Communication at Century College, Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication, and I learned how to use videos, firm, advisement, and news to tell a great story. My first internship at LeTV opened my horizon. I realize how internal communication facilitate external communication, including customer satisfaction and efficiency of marketing. So, I was inspired to apply to an organizational communication program.
In the organizational communication program, I built up my skills in communication, project management, and analytics by conducting various case studies and project work. After more 25 case study learning, I am more confidence to become a problem solver in the workplace.
After a two-year graduate study, I am ready for more challenging assignments.

我是曾晓慧， 来自广东东莞。 在过去的两年时间内，我在美国东北大学完成了组织传播的硕士学位。期间，我通过定制自己的主修方向，和积极参加校外实习工作，不断让自己成为一名专业的市场营销专员和项目经理。 在这里，我非常荣幸可以和你们分享我研究生学习中的作品集和工作经历。
传播一个好故事一直都是我的热情所在。我在北京邮电大学世纪学院，完成了传播学的学士学位。期间，我学会若何使用电影，广告和新闻来传播一个好的故事。然而在我第一份在乐视网的实习中，我对传播有了新的想法。我发现企业内部的组织沟通，直接影响企业的市场营销与公关关系的表现。在这样不断探究的思维下，我产生了修读组织传播学硕士的想法，并将其赋予实践。
在组织传播的学习过程中，我不断通过案例分析和项目实践的方式，强化我沟通传播，项目管理和商业分析的能力。在经过25份深入的案例分析学习与研究后，我更加有自信在之后的职场中成为一名问题解决者。
经过的两年的研究生学习，我已经准备好迎接未来更大的挑战。
